I am a nutritionist specializing in recipe modifications, macronutrients and micronutrients. My culinary background allows me to teach others about nutrition through foods in the diet. I support the movement that restaurants need to provide customers with caloric, carbohydrate, protein and fat content of all menu items. My consulting business involves taking recipes and fully breaking them down so chefs can put nutritional information right on their menus. Additionally, I take on a few clients per month that are interested in weight loss. I evaluate their current diets, what they like to eat and create recipes specifically for their needs and likes.

I hold an associate's degree in culinary arts, a bachelor's degree in culinary nutrition and am currently working on my thesis project to complete my master's degree in food science and human nutrition.
